Nothing in the world can beat homemade guacamole!!!
Guacamole is an mexican dish, traditionally made of mashed avocados mixed with lemon or lime juice and seasoning. Other ingredients such as jalapeño, onion, tomatoes and fresh coriander is then added. Guacamole is traditionally served with fajitas, tortilla and tortilla chips . Although, there are a number of healthier ways to enjoy this delicious dip. I love having guacamole served with salad and quinoa. I also love having guacamole as a snack with vegetable stick such as cucumber and carrots. Avocados are a great source of vitamin C, E and B6 as well as potassium and magnesium. Avocados are also high in fibre and provide omega 3’s. This suggest that guacamole not only taste delicious, but is it also SO good for you.
