Nama Artisan Raw foods- review

Nama foods is my favorite lunch spot in London, the food there is just amazing!   This gorgeous little cafe is based in fashionable Notting Hill.  The food at Nama are both vegetarian, gluten free and raw food. In other words is the perfect place for vegetarians and health freaks 😉   Go for one of their salads, the caesar salad is just amazing or the veggie sushi filled with kohlrabi rice, different vegetables, and the most delicious sauce!

I’ve been to Nama foods several times and I keep coming back for lunch when I’m visiting London! Last weekend when I went there for lunch we had a caesar salad and the Mexican wrap for sharing and it was so good!

There is also a number of raw desserts at Nama foods. Such as different raw cakes (Cheese cake and chocolate cake), tiramisu and a selection of raw treats ( which I unfortunately, haven’t tried yet). I’ve had a chocolate ganache tart a number of times now and it is such so incredible.  In addition to the restaurant, Nama foods also have a cleanse programmes, catering and raw food courses. Nama foods is a very popular spot so make sure to get there early on weekends, as there are limited seatings! The service is sometimes a bit slow and it is not possible to book tables there at the weekend.  Overall, I really recommend this place for it’s excellent food and nice atmosphere.

  1. That ganache tart looks so incredible! I’ve never had a raw dessert before, come to think of it…I’m going to have to look for a raw cafe or something this afternoon! Nama means raw in Japanese hehe. Cute name 😀
