Best of April

May have just started and I’m so excited for summer. First, let’s recap April.  The far most popular this month was the Yellow sweet potato, carrot and green beans curry, . This recipe also  got published on Finding vegan’s Facebook page, which actually made it the post with the most hits on the blog so far!! Finding vegan is a great page is you need some plant-based inspiration and want to discovery new food bloggers.

  1. How is it that I am just finding you? Appreciate you stopping over at food for fun (thanks 🙂 ) so hopped over and am blown away by how beautiful everything is. And your recipes are exactly what I enjoy eating. From-scratch granola? Grain salads? Veggie soups? Curry? Nom nom, all of it. I will be back!

      1. I only speak the truth! I’m a bit lazy in the kitchen anymore. I used to be very adventurous and then had 4 children. Life just got so hectic and I got fat. Now I need to get back in there I suppose!
